Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness

I recommend this small company to anyone that needs auto glass attention.

Professional, punctual, knowledgeable, 35 years experience. Even gave us tips on things to watch for to keep car noise lower as our car ages.

Prices are great and very timely service. Other more well known companies couldn't respond to an emergency for several days. I called them on Friday night and they came first thing Saturday!

My windshield had just cracked for the 3rd time in 2 years. I decided to try a different vendor who would hopefully give me a longer-lasting windshield and install it quickly. I called up Instant Auto Glass, and Richard made it so easy for me. Within 24 hours, he and a technician were at my place, right on time.

Turns out that my windshield was installed poorly last time, and Richard explained how it should have been done for my own knowledge, which I really appreciated - I won't be going back to the previous place!

Even though my windshield wasn't installed properly before, they made it work and were done within an hour.
