What is the average wait time to get an appointment to replace my auto glass?
A representative will assist you immediately whether it be by phone or online. You can always be sure to get same day service (depending on the time the appointment is scheduled).

We also service Union City and certain cities on the Peninsula including: Redwood City, East Palo Alto, Palo Alto, Menlo Park, and Stanford. For service appointments, we general cease replacements when the sun begins to set. For the summer, we are able to replace auto glass often times up until 7:30pm-8:00pm. During the winter, our last scheduled appointments are typically between 4:00pm and 5:00pm.
The weather is also a determining factor to our appointments. We play close attention to the weather radar and try our best to provide replacement services when there is no rain. In the event that your appointment time happens to begin raining, you will still be next in line as soon as the rain stops.
Can You Replace Multiple Windows/Windshields At A Time?
Absolutely, we find that vandalism and theft often lead to more than one window being shattered or damaged. In this case, if the parts are available, replacement is available! Let your representative know about the auto glass that you need and they will let you know if it’s possible!
What If I Think There Is A Leak From My Installation?
Contact us immediately! Once you let us know the symptoms that your replacement is facing, we will diagnose-often times coming back out to you-and see what went wrong, whether something is wrong, and we will rectify the problem for you at no cost. We won’t even charge you for coming back out! This is part of our Lifetime Guarantee!
